Overview:
In this workshop, participants
combine product knowledge and implementation best practices to plan, design, configure,
and deploy CRM OnDemand. The workshop is built around a highly interactive case
study
that provides participants hands-on practice in performing an implementation
of Siebel CRM OnDemand from start to finish. The business case study scenario follows
a recommended implementation process and flow throughout the class, providing an
opportunity for students to practice acquired skills in a safe environment with
instructor support. The workshop is designed to prepare project teams for Siebel
CRM OnDemand implementations rather than teach general consulting skills.
